Even this year Mecoil took part with his partner SailADV to the METSTRADE Show, the world’s biggest and most visited B2B leisure marine equipment show which has been bringing the marine industry together for decades. Since 19th to 21th November, three day of innovation, technical development and opportunities in the nautical sector. We were in the Superyacht Pavilion, talking about our Monitoil, a prototype of remotely monitored machine, to be constantly “tutored” via numerous sensors or an on-line data collection system. The concept is the same of our smartwatch: they can’t replace the doctor but could be determinant when being well-timed save you from disaster. Monitoil is not so accurate as oil analysis that we are able to do in lab, but is on time and suddenly can allert you when something is strange.
